The Environmental Cooperation Program is part of a broad effort to advance our goal of sustainable economic development. We focus on four major “themes”— labeled A through D for short—each of which represents an essential condition for long-term environmental protection. While our Activities are characterized by theme according to their primary purpose, most contribute to achieving results under more than one theme.
